The news is concentrating on declines in Real Estate sales. I think the "slowing down" is a good thing for the first time home buyer. Because the prices are getting more realistic.--First timer

There is no better time than now to buy real estate in the Tampa Bay area. The prices, while substantially higher than in the past, will never be lower. The market correction that everyone has been calling for is happening NOW! Prices are beginning to fall in line with areas similar to ours in other parts of the country. There is no turning back, buy now while the rates are still low. But, if you see a home you are interested in you must act quickly. Properties that are priced within reason are not spending much time on the market for sale.
