COMPANY BACKGROUND
Vicinity Realty Services, Inc. was established in 1997 by Cheryl Pattishall and Michael Wyckoff. Since its inception Vicinity Realty Services, Inc. has strived to provide the highest level of customer service and cooperation to its clients and cooperating brokers.
The company has been involved in many facets of the real estate business, including: residential sales, commercial sales, residential property management, commercial property management and vacation rental management.
Management of the company is undertaken with a team approach, where each of the three principals brings a different skill set to the organization, all with a singular focus of providing unexpected customer service.

Cheryl Pattishall - Broker/Owner
Cherie’s real estate experience extends over 30 years of owning and managing investment properties - both residential and commercial. Cherie is currently the CFO for Vicinity Realty Services, Inc.

Jeramiah Bustin - Broker/Owner
Jeramiah is a South Tampa native, third generation real estate professional and graduate of Florida State University. His outgoing personality and desire to do things the ‘right way’ make him a valuable asset to the company and someone our clients like to do business with. Jeramiah is the managing broker for the South Tampa office.

Michael Wyckoff - Broker/Owner
Michael is a graduate of Florida State University, with a bachelor's degree in Marketing. Michael began his real estate career as a sales associate and trainer for a major franchise. As a licensed real estate instructor he has designed curriculum to help aspiring real estate salespersons for the state of Florida. This background provides the experience necessary to help coach a winning team of Realtors.

Greater Tampa Association of Realtors
The Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS® is a trade organization that was founded on March 18, 1911 as the Tampa Real Estate Board.
Today, the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS® is the voice for "in the neighborhood" of nearly 6,400 real estate professionals. Our Association has many objectives.
We unite those engaged in the recognized branches of the real estate profession for the purpose of exerting a beneficial influence upon the profession and related interest groups. In addition, we provide and maintain high standards of conduct in the real estate profession as expressed in the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®.

With more than 100,000 listings, this MLXchange powered database fully integrates our productivity and marketing tools with seamless integration. Used primarily for residential listings, subscribers can also utilize MFRMLS for an occasional commercial listing.
The Pinellas Realtor Organization
The Pinellas REALTOR® Organization was established in 2002 as the result of a merger between the St. Petersburg and Clearwater Board of Realtors.
Representing over 5,500 members, the Pinellas Realtor® Organization is one of the Tampa Bay area’s largest professional trade associations. The organization advances and promotes the real estate profession through professional development programs, government affairs, and political advocacy and maintains a high standard of conduct by real estate professionals through professional standards training and administration.
Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers
The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers is a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®, and the premier industry organization for brokers, owners and managers. For 40 years, the Council has helped real estate professionals adapt to the complex challenges of delivering quality service, streamlining operations, integrating new technology and innovating business strategies. The CRB Designation is one of the oldest and most respected in the industry.
FARPM
The mission of FARPM is to provide a trade association for the residential property management industry in Florida, primarily for those licensed real estate agents who manage single family dwellings and other smaller residential properties. To educate the membership, to promote a high standard of business ethics among the membership and to provide an interstate network to benefit those professionals.
